It’s only fitting that more than 725 tons of steel, a half million bricks and 5,000 cubic yards of concrete were used to construct what will now serve as the strength and conditioning backbone of our athletic programs. Here, the Wake Forest way of developing champions through uncommon work ethic, a love of competition and unrivaled integrity will combine with leading technology, sports science and nutrition. A new era in Wake Forest Athletics has arrived, honoring our commitment to provide our student-athletes with every advantage to train, compete and recover at the highest levels.

Wake Forest Football has new team and position rooms, a state-of-the-art strength training facility, offices for coaches ands staff, a Hall of Fame and a grand entrance staircase.

Basketball

Wake Forest Men's and Women's Basketball will be moving into a dynamic new space, with offices, a new practice gym and strength training facility topping the list.

nutrition zone

Named for Christian McCreary, the new Nutrition Zone gives Wake Forest athletes a centralized place to grab carefully chosen pre- and post-workout snacks and drinks, and the staff maintains an individualized nutrition plan for each athlete.
